• Providing 24 hour ‘care in community’ and assisting you to remain independent in your own home
• Unique Personalised Plan designed with you to meet your every ‘need’.
• Benefit advice and assistance to ensure you are receiving your direct payments from your local authority.
• A personal hygiene requirement visit at the exact time of day.
• Everyday requirements from shopping to cleaning all practical help undertaken.
• Providing services for those who are through ill health, disability, emotional or mental illness and need assistance at the right time of day or night.
• Jointly working with your GP and Social Services if required.
• Providing respite care for you and if you are ‘a carer’ who is unselfishly looking after a disabled person.
• Preparing light snacks for breakfast, lunch or tea whenever it suits you.
• To assist you in leading a life with fulfilment and contentment.
